Whilst writing a proposal for a client who is interested in a new employer brand resource I reflected on the businesses benefits that they will receive from the investment in a series of films. 

I know from planning our own marketing budget that every penny counts and return on investment is the name of the game. 

A stated list of benefits are a vital resource in justifying the investment in any marketing or employer brand spend. 

For our client, I listed the following benefits that they can expect to gain from investment into a series of employer brand films.
